Jim Aveni

Jim Aveni is a director in the Firm’s Valuation, Forensic and Litigation Services group. He represents developers, builders, buyers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential property acquisition, sale, construction and development. His practice focuses on construction, land use, zoning, title and real estate development. His litigation experience includes construction related disputes, eminent domain, real estate contract disputes, zoning disputes and tax valuation challenges.
