Beatrice Grech-Cumbo

Ms. Grech-Cumbo joined the North America Advisory team in 2017. She leads Global Advancing Women. Beatrice works with clients to develop strategies to advance the next generation of female executives and under-represented talent. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a Senior Vice President of Global Talent, leading a team that strategically manages and develops the world's largest private workforce.
